Just a quick post about healthy vs. unhealthy exercise habits on this fine Thursday afternoon...
You can't outrun your fork.
You can't out-exercise a bad diet.
Exercise to feel good mentally, physically and emotionally... NOT because it's a consequence of overindulgence.
Exercise because it's fun. And if it isn't... maybe find another type of exercise.
Like group fitness perhaps? I gotcha covered if you're interested.
And by the way... anyone who suggests you should exercise or attend classes to "earn your weekend," is totally full of beans.
