A few popular things you might be interested in are Spark & Meal Replacement Shakes. They both come in individual packets and are fast & easy to use simply with a bottle of water.
SPARK is a vitamin & amino acid supplement that contains nutrients, CAFFEINE & no added sugar. It's a great way to kick your soda addiction and still get your caffeine. LOTS of flavors to choose from, although it seems as if most people love Fruit Punch.
New Vanilla Latte Spark... which is apparently best served HOT!
While I do think eating real & nutritious food is more beneficial on a REGULAR basis... I LOVE the convenience of meal replacement shakes when you're short on time or on the go! Lots of vitamins & minerals, low in calories, high in protein & fiber. Very filling & they taste GREAT.
I especially love to make protein balls with them for a snack that's sweet but also nutritious...
I've also made Pumpkin Apple Crumble with the limited time Pumpkin Spice flavor that's so good...
Pumpkin Apple Crumble
2 whole apples, cored & chopped
1/4 cup old fashioned oats, raw
1 Pumpkin Spice Meal Replacement Shake package
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 cup slivered almonds or chopped nuts [optional]
1/2 teaspoon vanilla [optional]
1-2 teaspoon honey [optional]
Place chopped apples in microwave for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through until apples cooked to desired texture. In separate bowl, mix oats, shake, cinnamon & nuts (if using). Add apples to dry mixture, along with vanilla & honey (if using). Makes 6 servings.

You may or may not have seen Advocare in the news recently. Apparently there was a lawsuit against Advocare & several Advocare distributors alleging that they were operating as a pyramid scheme.
Quite frankly, I think most companies you see people sharing about on social media are structured the same way... but whatever. The FTC ruling doesn't really affect me. I have just a handful of regular customers and really didn't work this business as much as I should have in order to be affected financially.
I didn't have a "downline" of distributors that involved my profiting from what they sold... and well my "upline" is no longer profiting from what little I sell. LOL
I do know a LOT of people who have jumped ship and are now all of a sudden on board & "able to lock arms & stand behind" another company now... which quite frankly amuses me. You were only able to stand behind Advocare when you were making a lot of money? Ummmkay.... gotcha.
Anyhooo... I still personally use Advocare's products and have respectfully declined standing behind another company so we can all profit from each other.
That's a whole lot of information that the majority of you reading this had no idea about... but since I've seen the link shared on Facebook, I thought I'd clarify what the FTC ruling meant... and also clarify that the quality of Advocare's products is not in question. It's simply in how they are structured and how they have changed they way distributors are now paid... or not paid.
And let's just say I'll be keeping my day job. LOL
Speaking of which... Happy Tuesday! Double classes tonight and I'm excited to be teaching a pop-up STEP + TONE class on Sunday afternoon!
XOXO
Oy ... everyday someone has to try and ruin it for everyone else ... while I feel some companies are like the way they are being accused, not all of them are like that ... *sigh*
