Today I shared a quick at-home workout on The Daily Bloom you can do simply by spelling out your name. Sounds quick & simple, but I can assure you, it will be challenging... especially if your name is spelled with more than just a few letters.
Use the chart below to spell out your name while doing the corresponding exercise for each letter...
For example, here's my first name:
D - 10 burpees
E - 60-second wall sit
A - 15 pushups
N - 10 pushups
A - 15 pushups
I suggest you further challenge yourself by doing the corresponding exercises that go along with your last name too! In my case that means:
B - 50 jumping jacks
O - 20 lunges
S - 30 bicycle crunches
T - 60-second wall sit
O - 20 lunges
N - 10 pushups
Yes, I did the whole thing before posting this. And YES, I'm officially over all the pushups. Only 50 of them to be exact, but who's counting.
This challenge isn't just for all the BADASS ladies, who by the way, got some pretty good air on those burpee tuck jumps we did in the above photo.
I'm challenging the guys to do this one as well.
