Just a quickie post on this beautiful Friday afternoon. Had such a BLAST this morning in Zumba... then more fun afterward at lunch with awesome friends!
Thought I'd say a few more things about "guns." People ask about how to get them all the time. To be honest... it's a combination of exercise & weights... but mostly diet. A diet that includes lots of lean proteins.
Another easy way to get some added protein in your diet is through a branch chain amino acid supplement... like Catalyst for instance. If taken regularly... 3 capsules, 3 times per day... you will notice added definition in your arms.
I've also noticed more definition in my legs & abs as well.
Body Pump has also been a major game changer for my body.
And NO it won't make you look bulky like a guy.
I promise. Nothing but feminine curves.
And to be perfectly honest, I feel like I look better in my late 40's than I ever looked in my 20's.
I mean look at me...
