Zumba, shakes & volleyball... LOTS going on around here.
Bryn just made the Freshman volleyball team. I'm SO proud of her. So if you're keeping track that means volleyball in the fall, cheer in the winter.... OH & her select team again in the winter, too, so.... hmmm. Could be tricky. And I think I'm going to be filling up my tank more often because I drive back & forth to school about 55 times a week. Speaking of which... school starts on Wednesday. We walked her new class schedule 5 times in a row so I think she's ready.
Not sure I'm ready for high school, but I guess she is...
There's a new limited-time only flavor shake that was just released. My protein shake brings all the boys to the yard. I mean seriously... chocolate + peanut butter? What's not to love about that combo??
Well unless you're my daughter & you're allergic to peanuts. And then steer clear. Just do the Vegetarian Dark Chocolate instead! (My fav, by the way!)
I recently got certified to teach another fitness format... CRT Method (Cardio Resistance Training). It's another head-to-toe workout that will whip your booty into shape quickly! Still working on my class & hope to be teaching it soon...
New song coming up in Zumba this week... (Minus my guitar player. For some strange reason she's just not into Zumba as much as I am)...
And I have about a third of the contents of my closet (clothing, shoes, handbags, accessories) ready for a garage sale this Friday night & Saturday morning. I have FIVE rolling racks of my clothes. So if you're local & wear a size SMALL clothes or size 8 shoes or love handbags... this is for YOU. I also have quite a few baskets filled with Bryn's old clothes too (mostly the last couple sizes she just grew out of).
Name brands... some things still with tags... good stuff!
Happy Monday! Hope it's a GREAT week for you....
YAY for Bryn!! I hope she has a great first day Wednesday!! And good luck with the yard sale -- Brian has to leave for the Philippines in Oct. for work (he will be gone till mid-dec.) so we are HOPING to do one next month before he leaves ... Brookie is still 8 and 5'1" tall and wearing size 16-18 -- so I have two medium sized moving boxes FULL of clothes to try and sell! LOL!!!!
