Here's an easy way to make pancakes:
Mix 2 egg whites + a little water. Stir in your shake package. Add to pan & voila... yummy pancakes! You really don't need any syrup on top because it just adds sugar & the pancakes have enough flavor anyway. But if you do... just add some honey. Maybe a little fruit on top & BOOM... quick healthy breakfast. And it's almost back to school time for the kids so quick & healthy is key!
