Ugh, you tell this to us now??? I have TWO such little divas in my life, what am I going to do???? I struggle with their hair every day, mostly just trying to convince them to let me comb it!!!!!!!!!

Patchi

I feel your pain over the year-old vacation photos. I'm half way through our UK vacation and it's been a pain to remember all the names of the castles we visited. I should have taken my travel journal - I have one! However, I'm only half dreading the Italy vacation from last year - I left the journal at home (again!), but remembered to take notes the first week... hopefully that will help.

BTW, in another 4-6 years I'll let you know if 9 year-old boys have hair issues too... I'm hoping they won't - but I'm sure they will have their own issues nonetheless.

Hair issues? Both myself and my dd (is that grammatically correct?) have 2-foot long hair. Tangle city some days. Being a Chapel Hill hippy, it doesn't bother me as much as it does Miss I Am 13 Hear Me Roar.
So I can empathize...
I vote wine and popcorn!

My daughter is a diva but only five and really could care less about her hair. This is a blessing, but also a problem. She doesn't care if it has tangles, and I have had to cut it twice because of her getting stuff caught in it! I truly believe that your zit issue is more important than hair! I'm 28 and still get them sometimes... and of course they look like Mt Everest whenever I DO get one!

Thinking about hair now, I think that my son, who is 7 has more hair issues and concerns than my 5 yr old girl. Hmm... wonder what that is about?

Love the layout btw....

Oh, and I vote for wine and popcorn too... but after you run around screaming like a lunatic. I just think it's funny imagining it.... I've done it a few times. ;)

I love having a little girl. I love having a little girl. I love having a little girl. If I say it enough, I will believe it. LOL. They are funny little animals aren't they? We are planning a birthday scavenger hunt at the mall...I limited it to six 12 year olds. I don't know that I can handle any more than that. LOL!! I hope you have a great week! =)

Let me just say - boys don't worry about their hair - at least mine didn't! Brian cut his hair at about 6 or 7 - OMG - what an experience!!! but hair does grow fairly quickly at that age! LOL! I was amused by your posting and do hope the photos went well! Kids are a trip! but they do grow up so so so fast! Hope you can get the Austria photos scrapped soon.

I read your story and wonder, how did my parents survive 3 girls, all in close proximity in age? I don't know if I could handle one...so BIG kudos to you :) I'm glad spin class could alleviate your worries a bit at least!

Hopefully someday soon, the mood will hit and you'll be inspired to tackle the stack of photos. At least you've crossed one of the little trips off the list :)

Hmmmmmmmmmmm I spy some family members that I KNOW in that lo!! LOL!! I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeee it!!!! It is amazing! Sorry about the hair issues....of course the running around the neighborhood screaming like a loon sounds like a good back up plan!! Can't wait to see you next week! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

I'm sorry your day got off to such a rough start. I think all of your ideas for coping sound fantastic! :)
