Sounds like a fun vacation - we all had recorders when I was in school - we actually had lessons as part of our education. What fun for Bryn!!!! Sending lots of creative mojo your way - I look forward to seeing all of the wonderful CHA projects!

Great pic, and glad to hear you had a great time, overhere the kids went back to school last Monday!! I didn't know what a recorder was but I googled it and we have them overhere but I am so lucky to say that the boys don't really like them ;) Good luck with that!!

MelanieJ

What? She is still on vacation? And you haven't ever heard of a recorder? Deana--what is going on in Missouri?? LOL!

I WISH we were still on vacation. I still have my recorder from when I was in school, DH has his, too. And now our older DD has one, too. They are a lot of fun to play and are a great music-reading teaching tool. Have fun listening to all of the tweets and toots (Haha)

I totally had a recorder in elementary school. A bright red one, in fact. We got them in music class and did a performance with them. I'm sure It was PAINFUL for our parents :)

Andi @udandi

My class and I played the recorder in fourth grade. A few of us went to summer camp together and took ours for the talent show - terrible idea.
