How about TWO little giveaways? I'm so thankful for everything I've been blessed with in this industry, that I wanted to share some of the things I enjoy creating with so much!
Each set of Nikki Sivils' goodies comes with a 6x6 paper pad, a mini chipboard album & a set of burlap buttons.
Just leave a comment telling me your favorite way to work up a sweat. (Ummm... without telling me about your sex life, ok? LOL) You already know my answers... Zumba, Spin, running and my cardio/weight class. It's the start of my day, every day!
I'll leave commenting open through the weekend & pick 2 winners on Sunday night!
You don't have to send me a giveaway but I will tell you what I do to work up a sweat. It's very easy, I don't need to go to a gym or have any special equipment. Activity 1: hoovering (at least 3 times a day) 2. Cleaning the house, putting some order in the mess made by 5 guys, 3. (for the arms) ironing 4.running after number 4 who is in discovery mode and is getting into mischief all the time. I didn't know having 4 kids would keep me fit. (I do sometimes go running, on my own).

Chasing the grandkids around is definately my favorite way of working up a sweat :-)

Kiddo's enough to keep me in shape. I might not yet be chasing after him, but picking him up sure is keeping my arms in shape...and walking around with him is like carrying several sacks of potatoes!

I want to try Zumba because I love to dance. :)
But right now my physical therapist says I have to stick with walking. Hills are good for working up a sweat.
Have a GREAT weekend!

Hello, my friend Julie TW sent me over here, love your blog and will follow you now I have found your gorgeous creations here, working up a sweat usually involves doing the gardenning, it is a very hot place where I live and I put on my sweat clothes and just go for it, sometimes stopping in between to hose down myself and my 3.5 yr old son. Since I'm so heavy, almost any exercise or cleaning will do it! Thanks!

In Florida you can sweat without work... that's why we work in AC environments that prevent the whole sweating thing.
But if it is exercise you are asking about, I would say ballroom dancing would be my preference. However, I never tried Zumba...

*grin* You asked about geocaching. It is our favourite hobby. Almost like treasure hunting :). There are these little containers hidden EVERYWHERE! Even here in Melbourne there are hundreds of them! You go looking for them with GPS (you get coordinates from the website) and when you find one, you sign the log and sometimes there are things to swap in them, too. Go have a look here: http://www.geocaching.com You can put your postal code in the box in the front page and see if there are any near where you live. ok, I had your address here and went to look and yes, looks like there is quite a few there! :) But anyway, it is a hobby that has gotten me moving more.. I get a bit more fresh air! :) When my mom was here, I took her geocaching, too. She loved it! She has already found one in Finland now, too, after going back home. People of all ages do this. It is a really fun hobby. Sometimes you feel like James Bond when trying to look for the caches, as you can't let anyone see what you are doing as unfortunately people go and destroy them :(. Oh yes, and anyone can hide caches. So, they are all hidden by other cachers. fun!

Well, the other night.... No, just kidding.
