Drama Queen...

A few things making me smile...

 

Bryn had her 1st night of dance class this year.  She is in the 6-8 year old class again.  However, after class her teacher asked us to stay late.  She asked if Bryn would be interested in joining the 9-11 year old class.

 

I asked Bryn what she thought because that would mean she'd have to work a little harder to keep up.  MIss Carla thought she would be great & Bryn agreed to it.  I told Bryn how proud I was of her for working so hard & doing her best.  She felt very proud of herself too.

My layout wasn't picked as the winner on Scrapjacked, but it was picked as one of their favorites...

 

And now for the BEST NEWS OF ALL...

 

I MADE A DESIGN TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  So freakin' happy & excited & it's almost 11pm & I have to go to bed because I have to get up at the crack of dawn for my garage sale & how in the world am I going to fall asleep NOW when I JUST found this out???!!! 

So anyway, I'm on the Let's Scrap design team!  I'll be designing hand-made cards for them every month.  They will be posting the official announcement on their blog shortly.  My friend, Jackie, is on their design team as well... how cool is that?!   

And can I just say A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who has emailed or commented recently with such kind words.  It is such a wonderful thing to meet people in this format, people from all over the world, people I may or may not ever meet in person, but who can manage to put a smile on my face just by being SO NICE... thank you very, very much.   

And know that if there's something you want... go for it.  You can do it.  Keep trying.  Keep focused on it.  Believe in yourself.  Don't give up.  You are worth it.  You deserve to be happy.
